Chelce Day, founder of Your Transaction Coordinator.

Hi, I’m Chelce Day.

I never planned on becoming a business owner. I simply loved helping people, solving problems, and creating order in a world that can feel chaotic.

My career in Florida real estate began in 2006, and I’ve spent the years since learning this business from the inside. In 2015, I obtained my real estate license to deepen my knowledge of the industry and better understand the contracts, responsibilities, and day-to-day realities of the agents I support.

After years of managing transactions and supporting real estate professionals, Your Transaction Coordinator was born in 2016.

What started through word of mouth has grown into a boutique transaction coordination business built on trust, thoughtful communication, and genuine partnerships. I work with agents who value having someone behind the scenes who is as invested in the details, their reputation, and their clients’ experience as they are.

My role is about more than paperwork and deadlines. It’s anticipating what comes next, catching the small things before they become bigger things, and creating consistency throughout the transaction. My systems and processes allow agents to stay focused on representing their clients, building relationships, and growing their businesses while knowing the details are being handled.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to build long-term partnerships with agents who trust me to communicate with care, protect the way they do business, and treat every transaction as if it were my own.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me traveling, in the mountains, exchanging homes with strangers (yes, really!), spending time with my husband of 22 years and our four teens and young adults, or happily getting my hands dirty in my garden.

My Approach

Proven Processes

Experience has taught me that successful transactions are built on strong, consistent systems. Over the years, I’ve developed processes that keep details organized, deadlines visible, and communication moving. Agents who work with me step into an established process designed to anticipate what comes next and keep the transaction moving from contract to close.

Thoughtful Communication

Every email, update, and follow-up represents both my business and the agent I’m supporting. I believe communication should be clear, timely, professional, and kind. Real estate can be stressful, and I try to approach every interaction by giving people the benefit of the doubt and remembering that we’re all working toward the same goal. Keeping everyone informed, communicating with care, and staying ahead of what comes next helps minimize unnecessary tension and creates confidence throughout the transaction.

The Details Matter

Real estate leaves very little room for missed details. I’m constantly looking ahead, reviewing what has been completed, and watching for what still needs attention. That means catching the small things, following up before something becomes urgent, and helping create a transaction that feels organized and well managed for everyone involved.

Partnerships That Last

The agents I work with are more than clients. They are long-term partners who trust me to be an extension of their business. I take pride in understanding how they work, protecting their reputation, and providing the behind-the-scenes support that allows them to focus on relationships and growth.
