Once a file is turned over to me, I manage the administrative details and communication that keep the transaction moving from contract to close. That includes tracking deadlines, coordinating with all parties, following up on outstanding items, organizing documents, and making sure important details don't get lost along the way.
My goal is to stay several steps ahead so you don't have to keep wondering what needs to happen next.

Absolutely. You are their agent, and I never want to replace that relationship. I work behind the scenes as an extension of your business while you remain your client's agent, advocate, and primary resource for representation, advice, and contractual decisions.
Your clients will hear from me throughout the transaction as I coordinate documents, deadlines, closing details, and other administrative pieces, but my communication is designed to complement your relationship with them, not compete with it.

You won't need to manage me or constantly check that things are getting done. That's the part I'm here to take off your plate.
You'll still remain involved where your role as the agent matters. You'll handle client education, negotiations, decisions, and any changes to the terms of the contract. I'll keep the administrative side organized, communicate what needs your attention, and make sure you're not spending your day trying to remember what still needs to be followed up on.

Real estate happens. Inspections uncover things, appraisals come in low, financing changes, deadlines move, and occasionally something comes completely out of left field.
My job isn't to make those decisions for you. It's to recognize when something needs attention, communicate quickly, keep the appropriate parties informed, and make sure the administrative pieces don't fall through the cracks while you determine the best course of action with your client.

I have an established process that I've developed and refined over years and thousands of transactions. Rather than creating a different workflow for every agent, the agents I partner with work within that process. It creates consistency, allows me to anticipate what comes next, and is a big part of why I'm able to manage transactions as thoroughly as I do.
There's always room for communication and collaboration, but the systems themselves are intentional. They work.

Yes. I have maintained an active Florida real estate license since 2015 and carry Errors & Omissions insurance for my transaction coordination business.
My role as your Transaction Coordinator is administrative and supportive. I don't represent your clients or step into your role as their agent. You remain responsible for representation, client education, advice, negotiations, contractual decisions, and approval of any changes to the transaction.
I keep the details organized, deadlines visible, and communication moving so you have the information you need to confidently handle the parts of the transaction that require you.

I don’t. I’m intentional about the agents I partner with because I want every working relationship to be successful for both of us.
My process works best with agents who value strong systems, clear communication, consistency, and a collaborative approach. I’ve found that when there’s a good fit and we’re both working toward the same goal, I can become a true extension of an agent’s business and provide the level of support their clients deserve.
I’m always happy to connect, learn more about your business, and see if we’d be a good fit.

I work remotely with real estate agents throughout Florida. Because my systems and communication are designed to work virtually, I’m able to support agents and transactions across different Florida markets while providing the same consistent process and level of service.

Yes! I work with agents from several different brokerages. If your brokerage is new to me, we will schedule a quick call to review its basic processes and compliance requirements. I am a quick learner and always happy to become familiar with a new brokerage.
